If a person who has the right to deal with Goshwara money in a joint venture, but not a share, according to the prevailing Nepal law, has entered into a contract in accordance with this Act to pay from that Goshwara money, then the rights and obligations related to such contract shall belong to all the sharers according to the prevailing Nepal law. .

However, if any of the other parties, except for such parties, have taken the contract after agreeing to agree to it during the settlement of the contract, a written notice of the same shall be given within two months from the date on which the contract is settled or the date of collection of customs clearance. If it is given to an office or official, he will not have any rights or obligations in that contract.
